Your journey begins at home. I will send your teenager a secure access link to our advanced career interest and psychometric profiling platform. Completed entirely online at their own pace, this intuitive assessment uncovers their core interests, learning styles, and cognitive aptitudes. It goes far beyond standard school subjects to highlight how their unique brain processes information and solves problems. You will leave with a comprehensive 40 page report unique to your child.
2. The Expert Analysis (Behind the Scenes)
I dive into the data and review your child's profile through the lens of a corporate Head of Talent Acquisition. I cross-reference their natural strengths and aptitudes with over 800 CAO courses, apprenticeships and entry requirements. Using my knowledge of the UK and European education systems we can also look at courses abroad. Finally, I will factor in the reality of an AI-driven job market to build a personalised framework for your child.
3. Your 1:1 Strategy Session
We bring it all together in a comprehensive 1.5 hour consultation with the student and parents. Together, we unpack the psychometric report and translate the data into an actionable, stress-free roadmap.
