Future Connect was born out of my passion for helping people unlock their true potential. My name is Jane Weighton and I have spent over 15 years at the forefront of global tech and professional recruitment. For years, I’ve designed up-skilling programs to prepare students and professionals for the workplace and collaborated with universities across EMEA to align degrees with future industry needs. I’ve seen firsthand how AI is reshaping careers and now I use that insider knowledge to help the next generation map their future and build a long, fruitful career.
Having hired thousands of Graduates, Interns, Apprentices and Senior Executives for one of the world's largest technology companies, I know exactly what top-tier employers are actually looking for. I’ve spent over a decade analysing talent, building regional hiring strategies across 22 countries, and advising leading universities on curriculum development. Before my career in tech, I spent seven years working within professional accounting bodies, managing national college networks and student recruitment strategies.
